- This requirement will be solicited using ?Other Then Full and Open Competition (OTF&OC) procedures: Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) (cage: 59211) is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). This requirement is for the following: Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE), design and manufacture of three (3) variations of the 701C Engine and Improved Durability Gearbox (IDGB). Upgrade of Two (2) each IDGB from the 70351-48100-041 to the 70351-58100-043 configuration to establish a baseline and provide an updated drawing package and Time Compliance Technical Order for this HH-60 helicopter requirement. A quantity of thirty-four (34) Production Kits will be required in the following configurations: Nine (9) Full Up Kits, twelve (12) Full Up Without Rotor Brake and Thirteen (13) Rotor Brake Only.
