- Travis AFB intends to award a sole-source purchase order for 6 ea Force FX-C Generator, Universal cart, monopolar footswitch, bipolar footswitch, and active adapter to US Surgical, a division of Tyco Healthcare Group. US Surgical is the original manufacturer of the devices currently in use, and because of the need for standardization, these generators are the only product that will satisfy the agency requirement. Delivery is to be made to Building 777, Travis AFB, CA; required delivery within 30 days. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS Code 339112 applies. SIC 3841 applies. Contractors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
