- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued in accordance with provisions and clauses of FAC 05-05. The solicitation is being set-aside for small business under NAICS 333924. The items required ar e as follows: Contract Line Item (CLIN 0001)Chain Hoist Crane Kit; Gorbel GLCSL-FS-4000 or equal. CLIN 0002 - Truck Fork Lift DAEWOO Model D30S-S or equal. CLIN 0003 - Rough Terrain Fork Lift Manitou Model MVT-665 or equal. Specifications for the above items may be obtained by e-mail mary.lea@mo.ngb.army.mil. Delivery location for all three items is: MO-AVCRAD Shop, 2501 Lester Jones Blvd., Springfield, MO 65803. Evaluation factors in desending order of importance are as follows: Technical Evaluation -- The government shall award a contract to the offeror that provides a quote that technically meets the specifications of the item being solicited. Contractors providing products of equal technical capability must provide product literature with quote. Past Performance - The Government shall rev iew the contractor's past performance for meeting delivery schedule and providing after-sale customer support. Provide 3 references to include the name of the company/agency, and individual's name and telephone number. This person may be telephonically c ontacted for a past performance information. Competitive price quote with multiple awards to be considered. Technical and Past Performance to be more significant than Price in determining a best value award for this requirement.
