Description

Amendment 10/18/2005 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the deadline for quotations to no later than 12:00 noon EST on August 23, 2005 , and give further details about the Hardware and Software support requirements intended for on site/on call, all inclusive software a nd hardware maintenance for legacy Sun workstation computer equipment, which are part of the M1A2 System Integration Lab (SIL). As stated previously, the following systems are included: Eight (8) SUN 3/80 WORKSTATIONS Five (5) SUN 4/75 WORKSTATIONS Two (2) SUN 60 WORKSTATIONS . Further details of the Hardware and Software support requirements are below: 1. The request is for hardware services for the above workstations, with operating system and software expertise required to troubleshoot any hardware issues. 2. Response time within 48 hours is expected once a call is placed. 3. Restore expectation is to be within a reasonable time after response. Further details of the deadline for quotations are given below: The deadline for a quotation is no later than 12:00 noon EST on August 23, 2005.
