Description

This amendment corrects the typographical errors in the List of Items as follows: 1) Cargo Elevator which must meet the following requirements: a) 1,000lbs capacity; b) motor and all electrical connections must be 18 in. above Hangar floor; c) 110 volt motor driven; d) worm driven; e) basket (with door) 38in. deep x 38 in. wide x 36in. high; f) basket floor reach 9 ft. high. Contractor must also install the elevator on flat surface with no walls; modify existing fence on upper level with a ft gate and install 6ft chain link safety fence around elevator at floor level . 2)Modification of USCG's existing main rotor blade carts (quantity 4) to accommodate the tail rotor blades as per drawings provided upon request. 3) Blade Carts, Quantity 2- Fabricate, prime and paint yellow in accordance with USCG drawings provided upon request. Must have 4" non-marking casters installed and must comply with the modifications specified in line item 2. 4) Tail Wing Carts, Quantity 4 - Fabricate, prime and paint yellow in accordance with USCG drawings provided upon request. Must have 4" non-marking casters installed. 5) Storage Racks, Quantity 3 - Fabricate, prime and paint gloss dark blue enamel. Each storage rack must be 80" tall, 48" wide and 96" long and manufactured of angular steel and covered with thick wire mesh with four (4) evenly spaced shelves made of 3/4 exterior plywood and must have four (4) 6" non-marking casters.
