Description
COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSCEOP-05-Q- 00729 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. Immigration & Customs has a requirement for earth berm at Camp Smith Range 5, removing and or burring large stones, extending culvert pipe, seeding disturbed area. Due to ricochet of errant round an additional earth barrier is necessary between range 1B and range 5 to ensure officer safety and utilize. A one-time site visit is scheduled for 25 August 2005 @ 9:00a.m. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend. Call Maurice Pierre, Range Officer at 646-335-7735. CLIN 0001EARTH BERM AT CAMP RANGE 5 REMOVE AND / OR BURY LARGE STONES, EXTEND CULVERT PIPE, SEED DISTURBED AREAS $__________________. The delivery lead time for CLIN 0001 is not later than 30 days after award. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Award will be evaluated on price alone. Offerors shall include a completed SF 1449 for the RFQ signed, and dated. Written requests will be accepted. I. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. II. Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies. Quotations will be evaluated on price and ability to meet required delivery schedule. III. In lieu of completing the ?Offeror Representations and Certifications? and sending back to the Government as formerly required under FAR 52.212-3, the offeror shall submit representations and certifications through the Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov, per the Federal Acquisition Regulation amended as of January 1, 2005. IV. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. V. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. Quotations are due on 31 August 2005 at 2:00p.m. Eastern Time. Electronic submission will be accepted.
