Description
Conduct Falling Weight Deflectometer testing at Sequoia National park as outlined in the Scope of Work. Meet and be prepared to start testing at 10 am Sept 19, 2005 at the Giant Forest Museum, approx. 16 miles from the parks south entrance as Ash Mt. Testing will begin at milepost 16.7 and proceed to MP 27.7. In addition, several spur roads will be survey, approx 1.5 miles. Mileposts begin at the park's south entrance at Ash Mt. Costs Include: Mobilizationa/Demobilize FWD Testing Standby - if needed Per Diem - daily rate per person Data Anaylsis: Project Engineer Data Analysis: Principal - quality control review Please call DD for a copy of the SOW to be faxed.
