Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron located at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Verity Inc, 894 Ross Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 for CLIN 0001: 1 (one) perpetual production license and CLIN 0002: One Year Verity Standard Support Annual fee, to include all updates and version releases. No solicitation documents will be issued or made available as a result of this notice. This requirement is a sole source procurement under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This will be a firm, fixed price purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, if there are other businessess that can satisfy this requirement, they must respond to this notice with supporting documentation of their capabilities before 3:00 pm CST on 26 August, 2005. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
