THIS MODIFICATION IS ISSUED TO REFLECT THE FOLLOWING CHANGE IN SQUARE FOOTAGE, LEASE TERM AND OCCUPANCY DATE FROM WHAT WAS PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED:---- The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing up to 66,000 rentable square feet (approximately 58,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square feet) of contiguous office space available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The Government reserves the right to make awards for space located in no more than two (2) quality handicapped accessible buildings of sound and substantial construction as described in this SFO. The minimum size for award in a single building will be 22,000 rentable square feet (approximately 19,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square feet) which must be contiguous space located on one (1) contiguous floor. Occupancy is required by May 1, 2006. Those who responded to the previous presolicitation notice do not need to respond again.-----------ALL OTHER INFORMATION FROM PREVIOUS NOTICE TO REMAIN THE SAME
