Description

The purpose of this amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation Reference Number DGEPR50539 is to respond to questions submitted from potential offerors. Offerors are advised that the date for submission of quotes is unchanged as a result of this amendment. Question 1: Is it an all or none bid or can I bid on what I can supply and still maintain hope of winning the award? Response: It is an all or none bid. Question 2: Is this a GSA purchase? If this system qualifies, new GSA discount pricing is now available as of August 29th. Response: The contract specialist was unable to verify that all of these items were available from 8(a)s on GSA Schedule 70, SIN 132 8. Therefore, the decision was made to post the requirement on FedBizOpps to allow offerors to propose a mix of items - GSA schedule and open market - at most favorable pricing. Question 3: Do you need this system fully configured prior to shipment? Response: No - no need to configure. Offerors are reminded that this amendment results in no change to the date for submission of quotations.
