Description: The 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB DC intends to award a simplified acquisition purchase order on a sole source basis to DeMoulin Brothers & Company for the purchase of tunic-style ceremonial uniforms, developed by DeMoulin in support of the USAF Band. This prototype uniform provided by DeMoulin was determined as meeting and exceeding the government?s requirements and was approved by the Air Force Uniform Board after testing of several different prototypes.
