Description: The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to enter into a sole source contract under the authority of 41 USC 253(c)(1) with Environmental C&C, at 899 Route 146 Clinton, Oark, NY 12065. The purpose of this order is to provide refurbishment of a Volatile Organic Compound Concentrator Abatement System. The company is the original equipment manufacture and has been found to be the only responsible source capable of regenerating the systems bead activated carbon, replacing the system core, and replacing the various sensors and components.
