RFQ-05-0639: ?Timeline? Exhibit for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C. & Fort Worth, TX Facilities The subject RFQ has been extended until 09/09/05. Modification to the Statement of Work and a Technical Evaluation Factor: 1. Contractor Location (Reference SOW) The Contractor must be able to perform work on site with the Historical Resource Center at both the Washington, D.C. and Fort Worth, TX facilities and as needed by the COTR due to security requirements. 2. Quotation Content and Methodology: 35% (Reference Evaluation Factors) Quotations shall be evaluated to determine the offeror?s ability to fulfill this procurement based on: - The offeror?s demonstrated understanding of the procurement requirements. - The completeness and feasibility of the proposed approach to fulfilling the procurement requirements. - The adequacy of fulfilling the requirements, including the offeror?s ability to perform work on-site with the Historical Resource Center at both the Washington, D.C. and Fort Worth, TX facilities and as needed by the COTR due to security requirements. The Contractor shall be responsible for all measurements, preparation of exhibit panels, coordination of mounting, and ensuring all items fit in the designated space.
