- Solicitation Has been posted on NECO. It closes on 29 September 2005. Contact Nancy L. White at 757-443-1396 if you have any questions. The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure services necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), Calibration (CAL), Safety testing (ST) and corrective maintenance on seven government-owned data processing units of t manufactured by DeJarnette Research Systems Inc. This requirement shall be procured in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The period of performance of the resultant contract will be for a base year with two (2) one (1) year option periods. The period of performance of the base year will commence on 01 October 2005. The customer is the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. The work will be performed at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and at the Sewells Point Clinic. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http:www2.eps.gov, as this office no longer issues hard copy solicitations. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 03 August 2005. By submitting an offer, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor or the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended of debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
