- Description
- This notification represents formal public announcement of the performance decision on the standard competition for the commercial activity functions at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) identified as Statistical Support Services (solicitation number 2005-N-01682). The study was conducted in accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76 dated May 29, 2003. Under this standard method of competition, the Agency's cost of performing these services was compared against the cost of these services in the private sector as proposed under this solicitation. Based on evaluation of the proposals received, the results demonstrate that the Agency (i.e., CDC) is the low-cost provider. The total cost of Agency performance is $11,910,911. There were three proposals received for this solicitation. Release of information on this study will be conducted in accordance with Attachment B Section D.6.e of the A-76 Circular.
