Description
The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWARSYSCOM), on behalf of the Airborne Integration Program Office (PMW 780) Tactical/Mobile (TacMobile) Program, intends to award a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside three-year cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract to Solute, Inc. This effort will be under $3,000,000.00. FSC: R425. The contractor will be required to provide an integrated contractor team with the competency, capacity, and capability to provide support services in the following areas: (1) Acquisition Support to include program planning, budget, and POM planning, program scheduling, technical and program briefings, and program-to-program interface coordination with the NAVAIR Maritime Surveillance Aircraft Program Office, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Program Office, PEO IWS, and other related programs. (2) Systems Engineering to include deriving system level requirements, key performance parameters and key attributes from the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Force (MPRF) 2020 Vision, objective platform architecture and CONOPS, as well as to decompose system level functional requirements into subsystem functional requirements. (3) Architecture and Planning to include research and analysis of future government, commercial, and developing technologies for inclusion into the TacMobile construct, represent TacMobile at top-level program and engineering meetings for objective platforms and objective systems that will be integrated into the TacMobile suite, as well as analyze CONOPS and architectures from other related programs and other related programs and incorporate into TacMobile architecture and Roadmap. (4) Multi-Mission Maritime Aircraft (MMA) Operational Expertise and Analysis to include a detailed knowledge of MMA, P-8A and ability to analyze MMA architecture, design, and interface control documents to determine required functionality for the technical refresh of current TacMobile Systems to meet MMS support requirements. Note 22 applies.
