Description

Cover all fitness Excerises for the period of performance: 01 Oct 2005-30 Sept 2006 please quote in Accordance with the Statement Of Work listed at the bottom of page(1 Lot). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation - Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items). IAW clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: Price and Price related factors, Conformance to performance specifications (SOW), and past performance. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-05, Effective 27 Jul 05)and clause 52.232-18, Subject to "Avaliability of Funds".
