Description: Description: Contractor shall provide on-line database information services with Westlaw, an online database of U.S. federal, civil, and state statutory laws, regulations, case opinions, administrative guidance, regulations, legislative materials, law reviews, treatises, and other reference material. It is the intent of the Government to award a contract on a sole source basis to West Group, 610 Opperman Drive, Eagan, MN 51123, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. West Group has a sole proprietary ownership of this online database information system and is the only authorized vendor allowed to distribute their products. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement by facsimile to Anita Proctor at (202) 565-3528 or e-mail at: anita.proctor@exim.gov, which shall be considered by the agency. No telephone request will be honored.
