- This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Group One, San Diego, Ca intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contact to Digital Receiver Technology, Inc. 20250 Century Blvd, Germantown, MD under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to procure 6 each military specific receiving system up-grades. This notice is not a request for offers. The anticipated date of award is 27 Sep 2005. The contractor identified is the only known source for the subject requirement. Responses to this notice will be used to determine if a bona fide competition exists. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical and pricing information. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. However, determination to compete or not compete this procurement action is soley the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received not later than 4:00 pm PST on 23 Sep 2005. No extensions will be granted The government will not pay for any information submitted.
