- The Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg, PA intends to issue a solicitation on or around 22 Sep 2005 for the procurement of Citrix Subscription Advantage Maintenance for software licenses originally bought under a Citrix Flex Agreement Plan for the Naval Shipyards (NSY) and NAVSEA activities. The acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures under the authority of the test program for commercial items - FAR Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number N00104-06-Q-Q009 is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is an unrestricted acquisition and is not set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $21M. Quotes will only be accepted from Citrix resellers that are authorized to sell Subscription Advantage renewals under the Flex Program. FOB Destination shall apply.
