Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number #: W9124X-05-T-0029 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throug hout Federal Acquisition Circular 05-04. This combined Synopsis /Solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code(s) is / are 339920. CLIN 0001: High Ropes Course FFP QTY: 2 U/I: Each Vendor is encouraged in accordance with 52.237-1, to participate in a site survey. Completion date of construction must be agreed upon during the survey. Site Surveys must be completed no later than 22 Sep 2005, @1600 hours. 2 separate Sites are involved in the award of this contract and the addresses are as follows: 6400 Springs Road, North Las Vegas, Nevada, 89115 and 4600 Alpha Avenue, Reno, Nevada 89506. The Point of Contact to coordinate the Site Surveys is MSG CARL ADAMS and can be reached at 775- 348-5107. All questions and answers will be documented at each Site Survey. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The selected Offeror must submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Alter nate I, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items.
