Description

AMENDMENT 0001 The following AMENDMENT 0001 is hereby issued to make the following changes: 1. The area of decking measures approximately 12,000 SF. 2. The list of spaces spreadsheet shall be considered an estimate only. Actual space identification shall be established and agreed upon at a pre-work planning conference(s) between contractor and ship?s designated representative(s). 3. Offerors shall quote a firm fixed price for materials and installation for 12,000 SF. The log tracking system established by the contractor and certified by the ship?s designated representative (identified at pre-work planning conference) shall serve to verify the scope of work, in this case NTE 12,000 SF. 4. A word about underlayment, contractors shall expect to either install one-step decking system directly over exisiting decking system if determined 'sound' prior to work starting and certified by the ship's designated representative. Any rip out or removal of an existing unsound decking system shall be completed by ship's force. Again, bottom line is that contractor shall quote for the material and installation only of the one step system NTE 12,000 SF. Any underlayment system or cove base required prior to or part of the one-step system shall count against the 12,000 SF. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
