Description

The 37th Contracting Squadron at Lackland AFB intends to award a sole source contract to Agilent Technologies, 9780 S Meridian Blvd, Englewood CO, 80112, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 05TC038 is being issued as request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and DCN 0050726. The NAICS code is 541511 and the size standard is $21 Million.
