Re-Lamp High Mast Airfield Lights FA4830-05-Q-0112 SITE VISIT QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1. Is this contract subject to Department of Labor Wage Requirements? What are they? Yes, this contract is subject to the Department of Labor Wage Determination requirements set forth by the Service Contract Act. The Wage Determination No. 1994-2131, Revision 30 is in effect. Revision 30 can be found at http://www.wdol.gov/sca.aspx#0. 2. Who is the manufacturer of the reflector? This information is unavailable. The reflectors have been worked on by a number of contractors that have used various brands of reflectors. 3. Is the contractor required to have a crane permit? Is the contractor required to have a crane inspection prior to commencement of work? A crane permit is not needed. The Government will grant a permit waiver to the contractor. A crane inspection is not required prior to commencement of work.
