- Description
- Furnish all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to maintain two Bigelow and three Cleaver Brooks boilers located at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Nashville and Murfreesboro, TN. Work shall be performed by an experienced and certified industrial boiler service representative. Contractor shall inspect, calibrate, adjust, repair, and maintain in first class operating condition the boiler combustion controls, associated recording instrumentation, burner management, and flame failure controls on the boilers. Parts are not included. Contract period is 10/1/05 through 9/30/06 with four (4) 1-year option periods. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 235110 with a size standard of $12 million. Award of this contract is subject to availability of funds. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation shall be in writing and sent to the Contracting Officer. Offers are due on 9/27/05 by 4:30 p.m. CST.
