- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation/reference number is F3M3CS5217A300 and the solicitation is issued request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. (iv) Notice to Offerors; this requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 423840 and small business size standard is 100 employees. (v) There are two line items. Line Item 0001 has a quantity of 3EACH. Line Item 0002 has a quantity of 12EA. (vi) Description: Line Item 0001: Containers ISU 90 I GEN X; Container Special, 4 Door, 4 Way Forkliftable with Isle Desert Sand with (1) Hazmat Door Kit ?032. Line Item 0002: Shelf Assembly; III Unpackaged Unit Weight ? 35.5Pounds, Overall Length-38.5Inches Nominal, Overall Width-50.06Inches Nominal, Special Features-Supplies with 4 brackets. Known Large Business supplier, AAR MOBILITY SYSTEMS, http://www.aarcorp.com. Part numbers 56216-032 and 50002-117 respectively. (vii) Delivery is required 60 calendars after award. FOB Destination. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (a) is added to read: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. (x) The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items shall be provided with its quotation. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (o) is added to read: Contractor shall provide all standard commercial warranties. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following subparagraphs are considered checked and applies to this acquisition: b14, b15, b18, b19, b20, b23, b24 & b31. (xiii) The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following clauses within DFARS 252-212-7001 are applies to this acquisition: DFARS 252.225-7001, DFARS 252.247-7023, Alternate III, DFARS 252.225-7036, Alternate I. The DFARS clauses at 252.232-7003 and 252.246-7000, respectively, apply to this acquisition. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applies to this acquisition. However there is no assigned rating. (xv) This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. (xvi) NOTICE TO OFFEROR; FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS RFQ EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE.
