Description

Under authority of 10 USC 2304 (C)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG), Virginia Beach, Virginia intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Allen-Vanguard, Inc., 11490 Commerce Park Drive, Suite 360, Reston, VA 20191. This procurement is intended to provide NSWDG with a readily available source to support live chemical agent training in an indoor and open air environment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is H92244-05-R-0083. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) shall apply to this procurement. Period of performance is 17 October 2005 through 21 October 2005. All interested parties shall indicate their interest and capability by email to canderson@mail.nswdg.navy.mil. These shall be considered by the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG), 1636 Regulus Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23461-2299. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. Proposals are due no later than 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 23 September 2005. The NAICS Code is 611699 and small business standard size is $6 million.
