- NOTICE: ONLY ITSP II BPA HOLDERS ARE AUTHORIZED TO RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION: Request for Proposal (RFP) for ITSP II Project Control Number 05-SSG-KS-0005. HQ OSSG/KS has identified a requirement which may fit the type of advisory and assistance services provided by ITSP II BPAs. Therefore, we invite you to submit a competitive proposal in accordance with this request (see attached Performance Work Statement). The anticipated labor-task order period of performance is as follows: Base period – Date of Award 2005 through 31 Aug 2006 and one option period of performance 01 Sep 2006 through 31 December 2006. When preparing your proposal, the labor categories, number of labor hours proposed, and labor rates shall be clear and shall be based on your Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) GSA Schedule/ESC BPA. However, you may discount the prices. The number of proposed technical personnel required to fulfill the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work, shall be your choice based on your strategy to perform. Your proposal should include any incidental costs related to the performance of the services ordered (e.g. reimbursement of travel expenses in accordance with rates and limitations as outlined within the Joint Federal Travel Regulations (JFTR). Your response should reflect your ability to fulfill the requirements of the tasks relative to the criteria in the Statement of Work as your proposal shall be evaluated on the elements stated in Paragraph 11 of the attached Statement of Work. Please provide your proposal response by 3:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) 2 Aug 2005. Your adherence to this time schedule is important so that the project can be awarded to accommodate the customers’ requirements. Please limit your proposals to ten (10) pages (excluding resumes). Proposals exceeding the ten-page limitation will be returned as non-responsive.
