Description

This RFP will close on Monday, September 26, 2005 at 10:00 am easter standard time. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C 253c(2) as implemented by AMS Policy, FAA Acquisition Management Systems (AMS) 3.2.1.3.8, Single-Source Approval that allows award of single source contracts when a rational basis is documented based on emergencies, standardizations, and/or only source available to satisfy the mission requirements within the time required. The action is to extend the term of a DHS lease with Sawgrass Limited Partnership No. 2 in the Miami, Florida area for an additional $1,423,550.40 in addition to the original lease amount of $3,516,224.66.
