This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. CLIN 1 -Phantom Roth Drop Zone Kit, or EQUAL, - Kit must contain 8-infrared lights (BellaBeam or EQUAL) with a dual lock out thumb switch, pocket clip stainless matte black, 50 cal link ad apter and batteries. 8-low ambient light lenses, 8-groundstakes, 5-blue lights (BellaBeam or EQUAL) lights for the personnel points (steady only with pocket clip stainless matte black, 50 cal link adapter and batteries. 1- red light (BellBeam or EQUAL) lig ht for the control vehicle, steady and flashing with pocket clip stainless matte black 50 cal link adapter and batteries and 1- lead mix hammer in a ruggedized foam lined case. CLIN 2- Infrared and White Dual Color BellaBeams or EQUALwith solar switch, thu mb switch dual lock out, flash option pocket clip, stainless Matte Balck, Ground Stakes, 50 Cal link adapters and batteries. CLIN 3-Infrared and Amber Dual Color BellaBeams or EQUAL with solar switch, thumb switch dual lock out, flash option pocket clip, s tainless Matte Balck, Ground Stakes, 50 Cal link adapters and batteries.
