Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy notice of intent to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Sanmina-Sci , 2700 N. 1st Street, San Jose CA 95134 to provide two Ecobay 125 server racks and installation. The Ecobay 125 ser ver racks are the only ones that provide 35,750 BTU per hr continuous heat removal and 6dB sound attenuation at 3 feet. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their products capabili ties, descriptive literature, and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Response to this notice must be received within three calendar days of the date of this notice via email. A determination by the Governmen t not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b).
