Description

The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking potential sources in the Denver, Colorado area for a certified and trained service technician to perform annual preventative maintenance on a Cyber III - Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) - Model 3012-42 - Serial Number 13147. Potential sources must: (1) be ISO 9001 certified, and (2) have the knowledge and expertise on the Cyber III - UPS. Interested sources that believe they can provide the required services described above are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Those firms believing they can provide similar service must provide supporting evidence that they can furnish the services identified above in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. The Government will consider all responses received within 5 days of the date of publication of this notice. Inquiries will only be accepted by e-mail at lhayes@do.usbr.gov. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS). This notice is for market research purposes only, however, the information gathered from this notice will be used to determine which preference program will be used to process the acquisition (e.g., 8(a) set-aside under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program, total small business set-aside or full and open competition). No preference program determined will be made until the market research has been completed. Firms should identify themselves as either small business, or other than small business, in accordance with the size standard for North America Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 811219 which is $6.0 Million per year averaged over last 3 years.
