- The Policies and Process branch Systems Engineering Process Group (SEPG) of the EISS was established as the process arm of the OSSW and chartered to expand the OSSW?s CMM Level 3 Systems Engineering Process to incorporate cradle to grave life cycle management processes that could be used by both acquisition programs and sustainment programs, and be web accessible to all members of the wing regardless of their geographic location. The SEPG will maintain cognizance of applicable higher headquarters policies, regulations and standards as they evolve, and effect appropriate awareness and dissemination to OSSW personnel. This includes development, maintenance, training, and monitoring of the implementation and operation of OSSW-level systems engineering and acquisition policies, standards, instructions and processes that implement higher-headquarters? policies governing the acquisition, development, integration, testing, fielding and sustainment of OSSW IT systems and services.
