- Description
- Contractor will provide document delivery services for a six (6) month period before the standing-up of the Government's Most Efficient Organization (MEO), which is the winning service provider (Woodruff Health Sciences Center Library (WHSCL)) in CDC's Library Services A-76 competition. Consequently, WHSCL will also be the document delivery services provider through a contractual teaming agreement to be implemented by the MEO; therefore this proposed contract will be a bridge to the MEO by providing document delivery services during the MEO phase-in period. Based on the above it is in the Government's best interest to award a contract to WHSCL for the interim period document delivery contract.
