Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under other than full and open competition under FAR 6.302-1. The Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to contract with the Government of Guam for lodging of Juveniles detainees. Market research has shown that the Government of Guam is the only available source that is capable of meeting the Government?s requirement of detaining, feeding, and providing medical attention if required 24 hours/7 days a week Period of Performance will be 10/01/2005 through 9/30/2006 with an option for one (1)additional one year option period. This is not a request for quotation/proposal and no quotation/proposal document will be issued. Interested contractors who believe that they can meet these requirements shall submit in writing their capability addressing the Government requirement and pricing structure per juvenile, per day via email by September 29, 2005; 2:00pm, Pacific Time.
