Description: The U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY intends to award a sole source procurement to SAS Institute Inc, SAS Campus Drive, Cary, NC 27513 for the renewal of the SAS/IntrNet License, and two site SAS ACO packages. The SAS Institute owns the licen ses and the products and the only firm capable of satisfying the requirements. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. Firms may submit their capabilities, including descriptive literature, via email within two calend ar days. Responses must be in writng. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government FAR 13.106-1.
