Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotes from vendors for (2,500 ea) Annual Support and Maintenance-Asset Tracking Edition Client Component-PC and Server (per asset): Opsware: S-ATC-60010. (300 ea) Annual Support and Maintenance-Asset Tracking Edition: Opsware: S-ATC-60020. (1 ea) Annual Support and Maintenance-Enterprise Insight Assel Expe: Opsware: SEIR-60500. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/Solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation/written request for quotation that will be issued. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The request for quote number is RFQ-06-0030 . Delivery terms are F.O.B. destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, D Street between 13th and 14th Streets S.W. Washington, D.C. 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. Award shall be made on the basis of price alone. All interested small businesses are to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotes shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discounts, company name, points of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number and business size status (i.e. small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). Quotations may be made on a SF 1449 or company letterhead. Quotations are due on September 29, 2005 by 2:30 p.m. local time. Quotation may fax to 202-874-2507 or e-mailed to lorraine.wilson@bep.treas.gov.
