Description

The United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS) intends to negotiate a sole-source award with the Corporate Leadership Council at 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Suite 6000, Washington, DC 20006 for Agency membership to the organization. The council provides access to the organization?s propriety quantitative analysis databases. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541720 with a size standard of $6 million. This is not a competitive request for proposals. APHIS may consider responses to this notice from interested parties to determine whether or not to conduct future competitive procurements. A determination by APHIS to not compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement will be conducted under FAR Part 12, Commercial Procedures.
