Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQ 60206-001-6 for the provision of providing Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Services at the Federal Correctional Institution, Dublin, California. The contractor must provide OB/GYN services to patients in a correctional setting. The physician must be a licensed board certified physician and be able to obtain current privileges at the local contracted hospital. It is estimated the contract will include 24 sessions of OB/GYN services @ 4 hours per session 2 sessions per month. A session will be defined as four hours. Estimated total sessions per year is 24. The contract period shall consist of one 12-month base year and four 12-month option periods for renewal. The solicitation will be available on or about October 18, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through the website. The anticipated receipt of quotes is November 18, 2005. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
