The Issuing Date has changed from 9/27/05 to 10/13/05 and the Due Date was 10/13/05 and changed to 11/11/05. All samples according the description should be mailed to the Attn: Carl Hunter between the hours of 7:00 am ? 3:00 pm. If delivered after 3:00 pm., they will be disqualified. The annual quantity is 2,318,400 and the dollar value is $93,173.73. Literature (where indicated) must accompany the samples and with correct quantities. SEE ATTACHED.
