- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation of Purchase Request F1W0HC5263A200 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-05. (iv) This acquisition is set aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 443112 and small business size standard is 500 employees. (v & vi) Purchase: one Marantz combination CD/cassette player or equivalent with setparate pitch control; one Allen and Heath GL220 or equivalent FOH console; four Galaxy Hot Spot VC 150Hz-15KHz=/-6db 200 watt continuous power rating; one QSC RMX-1850HD 360W @ 8 ohms stereo or equivalent; one QSC 179W @ 8ohms 4 channel amplifier or equivalent; two Bose Modular bass oudspeaker or equivalent 200 watt 8 ohm 40-300 Hz with four 5.25? woofers; two Bose Modular Line Array or equivalent 122.25: drivers 300 watt 8 ohm 100Hz-15KHz; two bipivot bracket for bose MA12 or equivalent to allow pitch and yaw; three Shure ULXS wireless systems or equivalent with receiver and beltpack transmitter with WL185 Lav microphone or equivalent; one Countryman E6 or equivalent wireless headset; one Sabine Single Channel Graphi-Q or equivalent; one Bose Panaray or equivalent system digital controller; one ProCo Stage Master Audio snate or equivalent 16 input and four return XLR 100?; three Shure ULXS 24/58 UHF Frequency agile wireless microphone system with SM58 handheld transmitter or equivalent; one Raxxess or equivalent equipment rack/amp rack; four USS Liberty or equivalent weighted base microphone stand; four USS MCL 80 or equivalent microphone stand with telescoping boom; field installation and training session at destination.
