Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order to Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Higher Denham,Uxbridge, Middlesex, England, under sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0025 for the purpose of procuring five (5) Navy Aircrew Common Ejection Seats (NACES) F/A-18 E/F Seat Pans in support of newly received aircraft. Martin-Baker is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of NACES and the only known source with the required technical expertise and data to meet the Navy's needs. See numbered note 22.
