Description
The United States Government desires to lease approximately 12,600 rentable square feet of office space which must yield between 10,951 ANSI/BOMA and a maximum of 11,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously usable) square feet of office and related space in Brooklyn, New York. The delineated area is as follows: North: Linden Boulevard running from the intersection of Ralph Avenue to the intersection with East 108th St. South: Seaview Avenue, running from the intersection with Paerdegat Rd. to the intersection with East 108th St. East: East 108th Street running from the intersection with Seaview Avenue to the intersection of Linden Boulevard West: Ralph Avenue/Paerdegat Rd North from the intersection with Linden Boulevard to the Intersection with Seaview Avenue. Term: The Government is interested in a 10 year term with termination rights by the Government at any time after the fifth year on 60 days notice. General Information: First floor (ground) contiguous single floor space is preferred. Space on two contiguous floors will only be considered in a 85/15% split when the general office space is located totally on one floor and the storage, multipurpose and/or video conference room will be located on the other floor. Where local ordinances mandate parking spaces for a building, the Government shall receive their pro rata allotment. Expression of interest should be submitted by close of business October 7, 2005. Owners & Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than an owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owners granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the owner shall furnish an acknowledgment of the multi-representation.
