Description

CURRENTLY THERE ARE NO FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONTRACT. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Replacement of numerious natural gas isolation valves at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to remove and replace numerious natural gas valves ranging in sizes from 2 inch to 8 inch at Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 25 July 2005. The Request For Proposal will close on or about 25 August 2005. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award. This acquisition is open to both large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.eps.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://ccr.edi.disa.mil/ccragent/p/sq1/ccr.welcome) All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 31 Dec 05, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/) The magnitude or this project is between $50,000.00 and $100,000.00.
