Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A LIST OF THE ITEMS BEING PROCURED CAN BE FOUND AT THE WEBSITE REFERENCED BELOW. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a requirement for Aerial Photographic Analog to Digital Conversion services. This procurement is a competitive Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541922. The Small Business Size Standard is $6,000,000.00. The request for quote number is PR-NC-05-10638. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated to result from the award of this request for quote. The contractor shall provide the following: see PR-NC-05-10638 at http://www.epa.gov/oam/rtp_cmd/. The following FAR provision applies to this solicitation: 52.212-1, Evaluation-Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; All offerors are to include with their offers a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. The following FAR clause applies to this acquisition: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. The FAR certifications and any subsequent amendments will be available via the Internet World Wide Web at http://www.epa.gov/oam/rtp_cmd only. Hard copies or diskettes will not be available.
