- CANCELLATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. Department of State is taking this action in a an effort to improve vendor access and awareness of requests while expediting its ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time offers. All toner cartridges supplied shall meet original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) standards of quality, performance and warranty requirements. Contractor shall supply remanufactured cartridges with life long drums for use in HP LaserJet 5si; HP LaserJet 5100; HP Color LaserJet 4650; HP LaserJet 8550; HP LaserJet Color 5500; HP Color LaserJet 4550; HP DeskJet 20/50; HP LaserJet 2200d; HP LaserJet 1300; HP LaserJet 4050; and HP 5000/5100. Toner hopper, magnetic roller, and blade shall be cleaned of all residual toner. The reservoir shall be filled with toner for the HP LaserJet 5si; HP LaserJet 5100; HP Color LaserJet 4650; HP LaserJet 8550; HP LaserJet Color 5500; HP Color LaserJet 4550; HP DeskJet 20/50; HP LaserJet 2200d; HP LaserJet 1300; HP LaserJet 4050; and HP 5000/5100 number of copies as OEM. Recovery blade is inspected and replaced on each cartridge. Wiper Blade to be replaced on each cartridge. Toner Hopper must be sealed with 100% leak proof type seal (Similar to OEM standards). The cartridge shall be packaged and sealed in a light-sensitive bag meeting or exceeding OEM standards. . Packaging shall be constructed to permit users to re-package used cartridges for return vendor.
