Description

Amendment 1: 1. Amendment #1 to PR-NC-05-10638 changes the NAICS code from 541922 to 518210. The Small Business Size Standard is changed from $6,000,000.00 to $21,000,000.00. 2. Two Questions were received by the Contracting Officer. Below are the two questions along with our answers: a. Question: On the first page of the Statement of Work, ". . . 10,000 frames of black and white aerial photographic imagery in roll format. This imagery will include positive and negative black and white film, prints and diapositives" That statements contradicts each other. Diapositives are cut to 10 x 10 and prints can not be scanned at 14 microns. Is the solicitation for scanning positive and/or negative aerial film? a. Answer: The film to be scanned will all be black and white, aerial film positives or negatives. b. Question: It says one of the deliverables is USB compatible hard-drive. Is this supplied by the contractor or the EPA? b. Answer: The vendor will supply all media as part of the deliverables. 3. The Hour and Date for receipt of Proposals is extended: a. From: 3:00 PM Local Time on August 25, 2005 b. To: 3:00 PM Local Time on September 01, 2005 4. All other terms and conditions pertaining to this RFQ remain unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-AUG-2005).
