Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, MD has a requirement for the acquisition of BRU ?32 B/A Ejector Bomb Racks (Part No. 1534AS7000) with associated hooks (Part No. 1534AS7205 and 1534AS485) and technical data for the F/A-18 aircraft. Solicitation N00421-06-R-0001 will be issued under small business set aside provisions. The anticipated contract will fulfill Fiscal Year (FY) 06 ? FY 10 requirements and will consist of one base year and four option periods. Stepladder quantities are anticipated with an approximate maximum quantity of three hundred and fifty (350) units per year. Required delivery will begin at an approximate rate of 25 units per month in February 2007. The Request for Proposal (RFP) may include component spares and updates to drawings as required. The RFP is anticipated to be released between mid November 2005 and mid December 2005. An award date of April 2006 is anticipated for this contract. The solicitation will be made available over the Internet and will reside on the NAVAIR Home Page, located on the World Wide Web (WWW).
