The Midshipmen Food Service Division (MFSD) located at the U S Naval Academy has a requirement for uniform rental for a base year starting 1 Oct 05 through 30 Sep 06 plus one (1) option year starting 1 Oct 06 through 30 Sep 07. Clin 0001 ? White chef?s coats for each employee (various sizes) Eleven (11) per employee; for a total of 51 employees for 52 weeks. Clin 0002 ? Eleven (11) each Checkered pants for 52 employees for 52 weeks. Clin 0003 ? Fourteen (14) each White chef?s coats for 1 employee for 52 weeks. Clin 0004 ? Fifteen (15) each White chef?s coats (various sizes) for fifteen (15) employees for 52 weeks. Clin 0005 ? Fifteen (15) each checkered pants (various sizes0 for 16 employees for 52 weeks. Clin 0006 ? Eleven (11) each Supervisor Lab coats (various sizes) for 6 employees for 52 weeks. Clin 0007 ? Five (5) each Supervisor lab coats for one (1) employee for 52 weeks. Clin 0008 Eleven (11) each work shirts (various sizes) for five (5) employees for 52 weeks. Clin 0009 ? Eleven (11) each work pants (various sizes) for five (5) employees for 52 weeks. Clin 0010 ? Cook?s apron 800 each for 52 weeks. Clin 0011 Weekly service charges for 52 weeks. Clin 0012 ? Misc/makeup charges. 12 months. Option year shall be the same as the base year.
