Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center in San Juan, Puerto Rico has a requirement for dental implants. The VA Medical Center, 10 Casia Street in San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to establish a consignment agreement to furnish dental implants. Contract will be for an initial base period of one (1) year with four (4) option years for renewal, subject to the availability of funds. This procurement is being conducted in conjunction with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6, Competition Requirements in conjunction with Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 423450. The size standard is 100 employees. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE ON OR ABOUT October 6, 2005 in ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY with a due date of November 7, 2005 by COB 4:00 pm. P.R. Atlantic time. Electronic proposals will not be accepted. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the Business Opportunities System website http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. This solicitation will be available in electronic format ONLY. The solicitation number for this acquisition is 672-521-05. This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP). Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and the VA WILL NOT PROVIDE HARD COPIES. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address.
